PKR Game Terms and Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pkrgame.im and creating an account on PKR Game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. This agreement comes into effect the moment you click "Register" or begin using any part of the platform — whichever happens first.

These Terms apply to all services offered on PKR Game including but not limited to online casino games, jackpot slots, sports betting, esports betting, live dealer games, and any future products or features added to the platform. They apply in addition to any specific bonus terms or game rules that may be published separately on the platform.

PKR Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or by email. Continuing to use PKR Game after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PKR Game you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PKR Game does not permit anyone under 18 to create an account or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, a company, or any other entity is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be self-excluded from PKR Game or any other gambling platform as part of a responsible gaming restriction currently in effect.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a current employee of PKR Game or any of its affiliated entities.

PKR Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Accepted documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued Pakistani identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

03Account Responsibilities

Each player may only hold one active account on PKR Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. This rule applies even if multiple accounts are created from different devices or internet connections.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place on your PKR Game account is considered to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally present at the device.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKR Game support immediately at support@pkrgame.im.
• PKR Game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to maintain adequate password security or shared your login details.
• You must update your contact details with PKR Game whenever they change so that we can reach you for verification, promotions, or account notifications.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to deposit, play, or withdraw funds — even family members.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on PKR Game are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions, and no additional conversion fees are applied by the platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on PKR Game is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Game balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider — typically instantly for wallet methods.
• PKR Game does not charge any deposit fees. Fees charged by your payment provider (if any) are outside PKR Game's control and are your responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player or using third-party payment methods is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on your account (or verified with PKR Game support).
• PKR Game aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within the same working day.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays.
• PKR Game reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal being returned to your gaming balance.
• Winnings generated through bonus funds are subject to the relevant bonus wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

05Betting Rules

All bets placed on PKR Game — whether on casino games, slots, sports events, or esports matches — are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific rules published within each game or betting market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. PKR Game does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation, except in circumstances outlined in specific game or event rules (for example, match cancellations or abandoned events).
• The minimum bet across most PKR Game products is Rs 10. Specific games may carry higher minimums, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are visible within each game and may be adjusted by PKR Game at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault or error during a game or bet settlement, PKR Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's balance.
• If odds or payouts are displayed incorrectly due to a pricing error, PKR Game reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and re-settle at the correct values.
• Sports bets settled on an event that is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body may be re-settled at PKR Game's discretion in accordance with the updated official result.
• All game outcomes — slots, live casino, and RNG games — are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. Results are final and cannot be queried on the basis of "luck" or perceived unfairness.

06Bonuses & Promotions

PKR Game offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the platform:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in permanent suspension.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20× or 30× the bonus amount) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only real-money bets count towards wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Bets placed in demo mode do not contribute.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; certain table games may contribute at a lower rate. Individual promotion terms will specify this.
• PKR Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• If a player withdraws funds while a bonus is still active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR Game. Any player found engaging in prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended and all balances reviewed. In serious cases, PKR Game will report the activity to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using PKR Game to process illegally obtained funds, layer transactions, or obscure the origin of money is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Pakistani financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage over other participants is a serious violation.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any bot, script, or automated system to play games, place bets, or interact with the PKR Game platform on your behalf is prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting a software glitch, display error, or pricing mistake for financial gain is prohibited. Such bets will be voided and the account reviewed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback after funds have been used for gameplay on PKR Game is considered fraud. All accounts associated with a chargeback will be suspended and the matter referred for recovery.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting yourself during KYC verification is strictly prohibited.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to PKR Game by anyone under 18 — including sharing account credentials with a minor — is a serious violation.

08Intellectual Property

All content on pkrgame.im — including but not limited to the PKR Game logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of PKR Game or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use any PKR Game content outside of the platform without explicit written permission from PKR Game.

Game content and graphics within individual slot and casino games are the intellectual property of the respective game developers and are licenced to PKR Game for use on the platform. Third-party game content is subject to those developers' own intellectual property rights.

09Limitation of Liability

PKR Game provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, and we are not liable for losses you may incur due to service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• PKR Game is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for any third-party payment provider failures, delays, or charges — including delays by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank that are outside PKR Game's systems.
• PKR Game's maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the relevant event.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PKR Game's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

10Account Suspension & Termination

PKR Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Registration using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Initiation of a payment chargeback or dispute.
• At the player's own written request (voluntary account closure).

On account closure, any balance remaining after the deduction of any applicable bonus adjustments will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 working days, provided no fraud investigation is pending. If a fraud investigation is ongoing, PKR Game may place the balance on hold until the investigation is resolved.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and resolve payment disputes.
• Personalise your experience on the platform and communicate relevant promotions.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities.
• Comply with any legal obligations that apply to PKR Game as a platform operator.

13Changes to These Terms

PKR Game may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, PKR Game will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.
• In cases of significant changes, provide at least 14 days' notice before the new Terms take effect.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, your remedy is to close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Continuing to use PKR Game after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a bet was placed or a transaction was processed will govern disputes relating to that specific event.
